Censoring Names Online Is Dumb
Sidenote: What the fuck are they even saying?
Censoring somebody's name online is dumb. People seem to forget nowadays that once something is online, it's online forever. I can understand censoring names if it's related to private matters like direct messages, or you just don't want anyone on one website to track you to another (even then, people can just search up whatever you posted to find you), but censoring someone else's name? On the internet? The world's biggest public forum? Why? Please, people! Get it through your heads that once you post something online, it's probably going to be online forever!
I especially don't get those people that censor the names of public figures like in the image below. What's the point??? They're public figures! Hell, they probably want you to advertise them for free as much as possible.
