In an attempt to earn some "legitimate money" (get snooping
government officials off their back) RED did what any rational multi-national
conglomerate would do: Enter the tourism industry by buying out some podunk town in the middle of nowhere, force out any
dissenters, have their mercenaries roughen up the place a little bit, and reopen the town
to the public as an authentic Old West frontier mining-turned-ghost town!
But when those snooping government officials finally got off their back (buried alive in
a pile of gravel, accidentally) RED did what it does best: Turn the place into a secret
front for classified information and weapons of mass destruction.
Armed with this knowledge, it wasn't long until BLU began to do what it does best:
Foil RED by planning to destroy the base with their own weapons of mass destruction.
The best part? The bomb comes in a cute little chuck wagon!

In a stroke of genius, RED realized they could make more
money off tourists if they owned where they slept as well. After all, it is a very
long journey through the Badlands.
Wasting no time, they got their mercenaries to "convince" the owner of nearest largest
farmstead to sell the property to RED for a very fair price. Soon enough, what was
once a decrepit farm situated on barely-arable land turned into the most luxurious hotel
for miles (running water, indoor restrooms, and color TV).
In their own stroke of genius, BLU realized they too could enter the industry... by
sending their own mercenaries to steal the hotel from RED.

"The Gun That Won The Gravel Wars"
A new rifle for the Engineer that replaces his shotgun. It is
more accurate and best used for targets at mid-to-long range.
|
|
|

"Come And Take It"
A new revolver for the Engineer that replaces his pistol.
Deals more damage and has no bullet spread in exchange for a slightly slower deploy speed
and has only six shots. Pressing alt-fire enters "Quick Draw" mode, which allows you to
shoot all six shots in rapid succession, but movement speed is halved during the process.
Perfect for gunslinging cowboys who aren't afraid to face danger head-on.
